Directing the
Department of Environmental Protection to adopt rules to allow gasoline with
a Reid Vapor Pressure of 9.0 psi to be sold throughout the state all year
will require a General Fund appropriation of $5,000 in FY 2013-14 to cover
rulemaking costs. Additional costs may
be incurred by the department if it needs to address Clean Air Act
implications related to this bill in the State Implementation Plan. |
