This bill repeals
the Metallic Mining Fund under the jurisdiction of the Department of
Environmental Protection (DEP) and repeals the transfer of $250,000 each
($500,000 total) from the Groundwater Oil Clean-up Fund and the Uncontrolled
Sites Fund that would have been required by September 30, 2013. |

Additional costs
to the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry and the DEP
associated with rulemaking can be absorbed within existing budgeted
resources. |
