	Establishing minimum fuel economy standards for newly acquired motor vehicles will increase costs in the Central Motor Pool Fund, which in turn are passed on to state agencies.  The additional General Fund, Highway Fund and other funds costs are expected to be significant and cannot be quantified at this time.
