The Department of
Health and Human Services may experience an increase in General Fund and
Federal Expenditures Fund Medicaid costs since federally qualified health
centers are reimbursed at a rate significantly higher than methadone clinics. It is likely that the additional cost to
reimburse federally qualified health centers will exceed any possible
transportation savings. |
