The committee
amendment created the Renewable Energy Rebate Fund. This amendment changes
the name to the Cost-effective Low-income Energy Fund and the allocations and
transfers in the committee amendment are moved to the new fund. This
amendment limits the eligibility for the rebates to people who participate in
the Low-income Home Energy Assistance Program, which may reduce the number of
rebates given. |
