This amendment
transfers $17,500 and $18,450 in fiscal years 2013-14 and 2014-15,
respectively, from the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry
Off-road Recreational Vehicles Program, Snowmobile Trail Fund Other Special
Revenue Funds account to the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to
offset the loss in revenue from exempting diesel fuel used for grooming
snowmobile trails from the sales tax.
The revenue loss is not offset in future years. |
