This legislation
establishes the Livestock Damage Compensation Fund within the Department of
Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry with a General Fund appropriation of
$150,000 beginning in fiscal year 2013-14.
The funds are to be used to compensate farmers for livestock damage. |
