This bill
includes Other Special Revenue Funds allocations totaling $71,239 in fiscal
year 2013-14 and $75,731 in fiscal year 2014-15 for one full-time
Environmental Specialist III position and other administrative and technology
costs associated with the administration and enforcement of an architectural
paint product stewardship program. Fee revenue realized by the Department of
Environmental Protection is estimated to cover the administrative cost
associated with this program and is equal to the amount of the total
allocations to the department. |
