	The estimated General Fund cost of increasing MaineCare reimbursement to a rate of $9,128.31 per psychiatric discharge for patients under 18 years of age from hospitals in the Lewiston-Auburn area is $259,911 in fiscal year 2013-14 and $259,741 in fiscal year 2014-15 assuming a July 1, 2013 effective date.  The corresponding Federal Expenditures cost increase is $418,866 in fiscal year 2013-14 and $418,036 in fiscal year 2014-15.
