The Public
Utilities Commission (PUC) is given the authority to investigate rate changes
of sewer utilities with this bill and shall adopt routine technical rules
related to sewer utility rate regulation.
The PUC has adequate available resources to cover the expenses
associated with the activities required by this legislation. |
