To the extent
funds are available through funding sources such as a grant received through
the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 or partnering with the
United States Department of Agriculture to use funds reserved for certain
school districts, the Efficiency Maine Trust will be required to develop an
energy efficiency program for kindergarten to grade 12 schools and will have
adequate available resources for the expenses related to the activities
required. |
