This amendment
eliminates the one-time General Fund apprpropriation of $14,382 in fiscal
year 2013-14 for the Department of Environmental Protection's costs to
implement the requirements of the bill.
As amended, the department will incur some additional costs for
preparing a briefing to the Joint Standing Committee on Environment and
Natural Resources. These additional
costs can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources. |
