Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The amendment eliminates the bill's appropriations of $6,600,000 in fiscal year 2013-14 and $8,900,000 in fiscal year 2014-15 for the Child Care Services and Head Start programs and for home visiting services in the Department of Health and Human Services.  The remaining costs for the Department of Health and Human Services are assumed to be minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
