The Maine
Turnpike Authority would receive 90% of the revenue derived from the use of
Authority land, rights-of-ways and assets within energy infrastructure
corridors. The remaining 10% would be
deposited in the Energy Infrastructure Benefits Fund where 100% of the money
is deposited under current law. To
date no revenue has been generated from the use of energy infrastructure
corridors. |
