The Public
Utilties Commission (PUC) is directed to study and make recommendations to
the Legislature regarding the need for further enactment of legislation to
facilitate or promote the establishment of municipal natural gas utility
districts. The PUC has adequate
available resources for the expenses related to the activities required. |
