This bill
includes a General Fund deappropriation of $2,082,246 and a Federal
Expenditures Fund deallocation of $3,380,099 in fiscal year 2014-15 that
represent savings from lowering rates paid to a hospital or an administrative
unit of a hospital for behavioral health services provided under Chapter 101,
MaineCare Benefits Manual, Chapter II, Section 65. These amounts represent 9 months of savings
based on an October 1, 2014 effective date. |
