Additional costs
to the Department of Transportation (DOT) associated with notifying
municipalities, preparing a report on the status of providing funding to
municipalities and reporting the results of that report can be absorbed
within existing budgeted resources. Additional costs to the Department of
Environmental Protection to consult with the DOT on the report are expected
to be minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources. |
