This amendment
designates within the bill's 4th priority transfer at the close of fiscal
year 2013-14 from the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund that up to
$1,300,000 may be transferred to the Department of Health and Human Services
for services provided under the MaineCare Benefits Manual, Chapter II,
Section 21 for individuals on the waiting list for waiver services within the
4th priority This amendment has no
net effect on budgeted revenue or appropriations. |
