Any additional
costs to the Department of Secretary of State associated with this
legislation are expected to be minor and can be absorbed within existing
budgeted resources. Reducing the initial 30-day period for storage fees for
certain abandoned vehicles from $1,500 to $600 would result in a minor
reduction of Highway Fund revenue not requiring any change to the budget. |
