The Bureau of
Insurance within the Department of Professional and Financial Regulation will
require Other Special Revenue Funds allocations of $311,082 in fiscal year
2025-26 and $440,094 in fiscal year 2026-27 to establish 3 Senior Insurance
Examiner positions to implement and manage a liaison program, including a
complaint process, to provide assistance to consumers seeking coverage or
reimbursement of claims from self-insured entities effective October 1, 2025. |
