§5162. Biennial report
1.
Biennial report.
The redevelopment authority shall submit biennially, beginning with the Second Regular Session of the 131st Legislature, to the joint standing committee of the Legislature having jurisdiction over economic development matters a complete report on the activities of the redevelopment authority. The report must include the following:
A.
A description of the redevelopment authority's operations;

B.
A listing of all property acquired pursuant to this chapter;

C.
An accounting of all activities related to the fund;

D.
A listing of any bonds issued during the fiscal year by the redevelopment authority;

E.
A statement of the redevelopment authority's proposed and projected activities for the ensuing year; and

F.
Recommendations regarding further actions that may be suitable for achieving the purposes of this chapter.
