§1329. Rule-making authority

The superintendent may adopt rules to supplement the requirements of this chapter. Rules adopted pursuant to this section are routine technical rules as defined in Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter II‑A. [PL 1997, c. 182, Pt. B, §3 (NEW).]
