An Act To Support Maine's Free Clinics

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

Sec. 1. 36 MRSA §1760, sub-§16, ¶G-1 is enacted to read:

G-1. Incorporated nonprofit medical clinics whose sole mission is to provide free medical care to the indigent or uninsured;

Sec. 2. Effective date. This Act takes effect October 1, 2007.

Effective October 1, 2007.
