An Act To Repeal the Laws Governing Long-term Foster Care

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

Sec. 1. 22 MRSA §4064,  as amended by PL 1997, c. 39, §1, is repealed.

Effective September 20, 2007
