§2509. Tampering with passenger tramway

Whoever willfully breaks, injures or tampers with or removes part or parts of any tramway as defined in Title 32, section 15202, must be punished by a fine of not more than $500 or by imprisonment for not more than 11 months, or by both.   [PL 1995, c. 560, Pt.
