§2871. Definitions
As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings.

Day care center.
"Day care center" means a child care facility, as defined in Title 22, section 8301‑A, subsection 1‑A, paragraph B.

Nursery school.
"Nursery school" means nursery school, as defined in Title 22, section 8401.

3.
Preschool facility.
"Preschool facility" means any day care center or nursery school.
