§1-402. Notice; waiver

A person, including a guardian ad litem, conservator or other fiduciary, may waive notice in the manner the Supreme Judicial Court provides by rule.   [PL 2017, c. 402, Pt. A, §2 (NEW); PL 2019, c. 417, Pt. B, §14 (AFF).]
