§2-110. Alienage

An individual is not disqualified to take as an heir because the individual or an individual through whom the individual claims is or has been an alien. [PL 2017, c. 402, Pt. A, §2 (NEW); PL 2019, c. 417, Pt. B, §14 (AFF).]
