§5-961. Uniformity of application and construction

In applying and construing this Part, consideration must be given to the need to promote uniformity of the law with respect to its subject matter among the states that enact it. [PL 2017, c. 402, Pt. A, §2 (NEW); PL 2019, c. 417, Pt. B, §14 (AFF).]
