§6-225. Payment to minor

If a financial institution is required or permitted to make payment pursuant to this Part to a minor designated as a beneficiary, payment may be made pursuant to the Maine Uniform Transfers to Minors Act. [PL 2017, c. 402, Pt. A, §2 (NEW); PL 2019, c. 417, Pt. B, §14 (AFF).]
