§2022. Definitions
As used in this subchapter, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings.

Department.
"Department" means the Department of Labor.

Nontraditional occupation.
"Nontraditional occupation" means:
A.
For a female participant, an occupation in which 25% or less of the people in that occupation are females according to the United States Department of Labor; and

B.
For a male participant, an occupation in which 25% or less of the people in that occupation are males according to the United States Department of Labor.
