§1257. Restricted licenses
The Secretary of State may restrict a license to operation:

Specific vehicle.
Of a specified vehicle;

Daylight.
During daylight hours;

Area operation.
Within a designated area; or

Other.
Under any other restriction or condition that the Secretary of State determines is in the interest of highway safety.
