§1407. Appointment of physician

In every state institution to which a person with mental illness or a person with an intellectual disability or autism may be committed, the commissioner shall appoint a physician experienced in the care and treatment of such persons and the necessary assistants to the physician.   [PL 2011, c. 542, Pt.
