§17711-A. Forest rangers; members hired after July 1, 1992

Notwithstanding section 17711, a forest ranger in the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry, Bureau of Forestry hired after July 1, 1992 shall contribute to the State Employee and Teacher Retirement Program at a rate of 1% of earnable compensation in addition to the contribution required under section 17711.   [PL 2007, c. 491, §127 (AMD); PL 2011, c. 657, Pt.
