§4-303. Service on foreign personal representative

Service of process may be made upon the foreign personal representative in such manner as the Supreme Judicial Court shall by rule provide. [PL 2017, c. 402, Pt. A, §2 (NEW); PL 2019, c. 417, Pt. B, §14 (AFF).]
