§7854. Fees for licensure
The department shall charge annual fees for licensure of residential care facilities and assisted living facilities as follows:

Fees for residential care facility.
Ten dollars per licensed bed for a residential care facility; and

2.
Fees for assisted living facilities.
Two hundred dollars for an assisted living facility.
