§7233. Laws that apply only to service providers and local exchange carriers

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the provisions listed in subsection 1 do not apply to a telephone utility except service providers with respect to the provision of provider of last resort service and local exchange carriers:   [PL 2011, c. 623, Pt. A, §18 (NEW).]
