§2236. Limitation

Nothing in this subchapter may be construed to create or expand any authority of the department over financial, organizational or rate regulation of incineration facilities. [PL 2011, c. 655, Pt. GG, §68 (AMD); PL 2011, c. 655, Pt. GG, §70 (AFF).]
